The 1955 British Grand Prix took place on July 16th at the Aintree Circuit near Liverpool. The race at Aintree saw a very tight finish for the time: only two tenths of a second separated the winner Moss from Fangio, so that the question was discussed whether Fangio had let him win the race dominated by Mercedes-Benz only because second place was enough for him to win the title. With this victory, Moss secured second place in the overall standings.

The model was produced in the usual high Werk83 quality and reflects the original in the best possible way.
